Dr. Chad Jacobs is originally from the farmlands of Kansas. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic in Kansas City
Dr. Jacobs moved to Knoxville in 2004 where he met and married his wonderful wife, Carrie. They have been happily married since 2005 and have two Children Annie and Hudson who attend the Christian Academy of Knoxville. They have been members of fellowship church for the last 17 years.
Dr. Jacobs enjoys golf, hiking, boating, reading, hunting, and watching football with his family (on the good years).
Dr. Jacobs founded Jacobs Chiropractic in 2014 and is dedicated to showing people the tools for true health and wellness. A practicing doctor for 15+ years has completed 400,000 adjustments and counting, he has shown great passion in what he does in caring for others and teaching them how to achieve healing through healthy lifestyle choices and the correction and maintenance of a healthy nervous system.
Dr. Jacobs has spent the last 20 years learning the most advanced chiropractic techniques and wellness information to ensure his patients receive the best care possible. He has developed a system based on function, structure, and regeneration that combines for a highly effective treatment plan for his patients.
Nicole is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Jacob’s Chiropractic and Wellness Center. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in 2014 and worked at an urgent care for 2.5 years before joining Dr. Jacobs in 2017. Prior to attending graduate school, she worked for 3 years as a registered nurse at Parkwest Medical Center’s emergency department. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Wesleyan University.
